Our Client which is a large payroll firm is urgently looking to hire a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer - Recommendation Systems.

Need a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in building and optimizing recommendation models to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and scaling personalized recommendation systems that drive user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models for recommendation systems (e.g., collaborative filtering, Contact based filtering, deep learning, hybrid approaches).
• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and real-time predictions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production pipelines.
• Analyze and improve recommendation quality using metrics like precision, recall, and user satisfaction.
• Experiment with cutting-edge techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, graph neural networks) to enhance recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of algorithms like matrix factorization, neural networks, clustering, Metadata and ranking systems.
• Experience with DataBricks and AWS
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
