About the role
About
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead who is willing to relocate to the UAE to support hiring initiatives for our sister entity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines and aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet organizational needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and coordinate selection processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Handle employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in international hiring or relocation hiring is an added advantage
Preferred Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with UAE labor market and hiring practices (preferred)
