We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – Power BI & Data Science to function as a Solution Architect, leading the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data engineering, BI visualization, storytelling, and Power Platform integration, along with the ability to lead teams and engage with global clients.

• *Key Responsibilities** • *Solution Architecture & Data Engineering** • Design and implement end-to-end data architecture and BI solutions • Work with multiple data sources including databases, APIs, and third-party systems • Build and manage data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and modeling • Architect solutions using data lakes, Snowflake, and Microsoft Azure platforms • Ensure data quality, governance, scalability, and performance optimization • *Power BI Development, Visualization & Power Platform Integration** • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports with strong usability and performance • Apply best practices in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query • Integrate Power BI with Power Apps to enable write-back capabilities and interactive workflows • Build end-to-end business applications combining Power BI insights with Power Apps and Power Automate • Leverage embedded analytics and create actionable dashboards with workflow triggers • Design visually compelling dashboards using data storytelling and UX principles • *Data Storytelling & Business Insights** • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights • Identify and implement the best visualization techniques and storytelling frameworks • Build executive dashboards that support strategic decision-making • *Team Leadership & Capability Building** • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of BI developers and data analysts • Conduct training on Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and data engineering best practices • Establish development standards, review deliverables, and ensure quality • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning • *Client Engagement & Delivery Management** • Work closely with clients across global geographies • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for analytics solutions • Lead workshops, requirement discussions, demos, and solution presentations • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and strong stakeholder satisfaction • *Data Science & Advanced Analytics** • Apply data science techniques such as forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling • Integrate advanced analytics outputs into Power BI dashboards • Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML-driven insights • *Required Skills & Qualifications** • *Technical Skills** • Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Service, Gateway) • Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling • Hands-on experience with Power Apps integration with Power BI • Experience building Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Power Automate + Power BI) • Strong experience with: • Multiple data sources and APIs • Data Lakes & Data Warehousing concepts • Snowflake • Microsoft Azure (ADF, Synapse, etc.) • Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT processes • Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines • Familiarity with Python or R • *Visualization & Storytelling** • Strong expertise in data storytelling and dashboard design • Ability to select the right visuals for business scenarios • Experience building executive-level dashboards and KPI frameworks • *Leadership & Soft Skills** • Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage global client interactions • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • *Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles • Certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, or Azure • Real Estate domain knowledge is a strong advantage • *Key Success Metrics** • Quality, scalability, and impact of delivered solutions • Client satisfaction and business growth • Team capability development • Adoption and effectiveness of dashboards
