About the role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end product execution across engineering and QA teams.
You will work at the intersection of technology and product, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.
Experience with AI technologies, consumer apps, and driving product innovation is a strong plus.
What you’ll do
Sprint & Delivery Management
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and on‑time delivery
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure high‑quality releases
- Track sprint velocity, bugs, and deployment success
Technical Support
- Help in triaging the L2‑L3 issues and prioritizing their fixes and patch management
- Provide technical implementation support for new customer implementation & solutioning by working with services team
Documentation
- Keep all technical documentation and trackers
Technical Product Ownership
- Translate product requirements into detailed technical specs
- Support decisions on system architecture, scalability, and tech debt
- Prioritize new features, technical enhancements, and production issues
Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, and Design
- Drive alignment through regular syncs, stand‑ups, and documentation
- Ensure a feedback loop from stakeholders to engineering teams
AI & Product Innovation
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML in user experience, automation, and personalization
- Work with data scientists and engineers to scope and integrate AI‑driven features
- Stay up to date on AI trends and translate them into practical product use cases
Quality & Testing
- Collaborate with QA to define testing strategy (manual + automated)
- Ensure performance, stability, and quality of releases
- Monitor live issues and coordinate quick solutions
Product Analytics & Insights
- Use data to drive decisions and measure impact of releases
- Continuously optimize product flows based on user behavior and feedback
Skills & Qualifications
- 5‑8 years of experience in product management or technical program management
- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and QA practices
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, Git Hub
- Proven experience working closely with engineering and QA teams
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in products
- Experience with consumer apps is highly preferred
