Responsibilities

• Lead transition and mobilization efforts for large‑scale projects
• Develop and implement transition plans to ensure seamless handovers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• Conduct project assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

• 10–18 years of experience in transition and mobilization, project management
• Certifications in PMP, Prince2
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Experience with project management tools and software
