About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UK Recruiter with strong knowledge of the UK hiring landscape. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and engaging effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organization. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an agile, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for UK-based roles—from requirement gathering to offer closure.
  • Use ATS tools efficiently for tracking candidates, updating progress, and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, Boolean search, networking, and direct channels.
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage the candidate experience.
  • Work in an agile environment, adapting to evolving business needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of recruitment experience specifically in the UK region.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Success Factor.
