  • Role: US IT Recruiter/ Senior US IT Recruiter
  • Experience: 2 – 8 Years
  • Location: Mepz Tambaram, Chennai.
  • Work Time: US Business Time Zone (EST) - 7 pm to 4 am (IST)
  • Work Mode: Night Shift
  • Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Job Types: Full Time, Regular / Permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in a quick turnaround time.
  • Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements.
  • Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
  • Assess applicants' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
  • Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
  • Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
  • Hands-on Experience with Job Portal searches like of Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, ATS, Ciepal, etc.
  • Extensive experience with US Tax terms.
  • Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, TN, etc.
  • Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.-Must have experience working with US vendors & direct client requirements.
  • Should be technically Strong & Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role,
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.- Update resume formatting to make it presentable.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment required..
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)·
  • Should have Good Exposure working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners as well.·
  • Should be well aware of Tax terms and US Visa's·
  • Should have at least 1+ years of Experience in that particular Company.·
  • Worked with MSP Clients / VMS·
  • Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.·
  • Traditional and Out of the Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per the Client's needs.·
  • Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting.·
  • Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.·
  • Experience using multiple job boards·
  • Negotiation & Convincing Skills, Proficiency with MS Office.·
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple mandates with fast turnaround time.

Compensation

  • Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
