As a Graphic Designer at Capes India, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing performance marketing creatives such as high-conversion static ads and carousels for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads. - Creating engaging social media content tailored for brand building, community engagement, and product launches, including static posts, carousels, and story visuals. - Designing website and e-commerce visuals like banners, promotional graphics, and landing page assets optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences. - Crafting product packaging and retail-ready artwork that aligns with the brand's visual identity and stands out digitally and physically. - Developing original vinyl skin graphics for a range of tech products like phones, laptops, and cameras. - Editing and enhancing product photography to meet high standards for e-commerce, digital marketing, and catalog use. - Creating clean, detailed vector illustrations using precision tools like the Pen Tool. - Ensuring a consistent visual identity across all creative assets in alignment with brand guidelines. - Collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions that meet project briefs. - Staying updated on design trends, social media formats, ad platform requirements, and visual best practices.
To qualify for this role, you should have: - 12 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce brand. - A strong portfolio showcasing work in packaging, branding, static ads, and digital design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Excellent skills with the Pen Tool and experience with vector design workflows. - A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand aesthetics. - Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and good communication and team collaboration skills. - Availability to work full-time from the Goregaon East, Mumbai office.
