Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end placement cycle of bench consultants across various client requirements.
The role involves working closely with consultants to understand their skill sets, marketing them to potential clients, and identifying suitable project opportunities. Responsibilities include sourcing requirements from clients and vendors, submitting profiles, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful placements.
The recruiter will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants, while actively managing accounts and ensuring continuous engagement. Acting as a key liaison between all stakeholders, the recruiter will ensure smooth communication and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3-6 year of experience into Bench sales recruiting.
- Strong skills in Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting.
- Expertise in Account Management and building strong client relationships
- Excellent Communication abilities, including interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong experience in IT staffing and consulting services.
