We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter’s / Sourcer’s to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple sectors, supporting our senior recruiters and helping drive successful placements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and engaging passive talent for demanding positions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to source top talent efficiently
  • Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates and foster clear collaboration
  • Experience with Training and onboarding new hires
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and remote work environment

  • 1+ years of work experience with 360 Recruitment
  • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening and outreach to potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Work closely with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
  • Assist in market mapping and research projects
  • Source and engage passive candidates for early engineering roles at startup companies
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Zoom Info for talent identification
