📝 Rquirements: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field focused on machine learning or data science - Over 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering with a strong history of developing and implementing machine learning solutions in healthcare or similar industries - Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams - Masters degree is preferred

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are: - Lead the design of technical solutions, focusing on innovative machine learning algorithms and methodologies - Utilize open-source tools and frameworks to create machine learning systems and software applications - Design and implement scalable, modular software architectures to enhance maintainability - Develop integrations with health system tools to deploy machine learning models - Monitor and maintain operational integrity and performance of deployed ML systems - Collaborate with a diverse team including data scientists, clinicians, and administrators to fulfill project requirements - Design and build machine learning models and simulations for diverse healthcare applications - Work with data scientists to construct reliable data pipelines for seamless data flow - Create and enhance monitoring tools for ML applications to ensure compliance and performance - Maintain and optimize production models while ensuring adherence to quality and ethical standards - Commit to continuous learning and seek opportunities to improve team processes and standards
