Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a STEM field with a Bachelors degree or 1 year with a Masters degree, encompassing machine learning and software development.
  • Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure for AI/ML services related to training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Strong command of Python and TensorFlow, as well as popular ML libraries for constructing LLM-based systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with generative AI models including Gemini, Claude, or GPT variants.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as Milvus or Postgres, along with graph databases and techniques for knowledge representation, like RAG.
  • Proven expertise in processing and transforming unstructured data, including text, images, and other media formats.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and sustain LLM agents and tools utilizing Python, TensorFlow, and contemporary ML libraries.
  • Utilize cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure along with their AI/ML offerings for model training and deployment.
  • Create and enhance retrieval augmented generation pipelines employing vector and graph databases.
  • Establish data processing workflows for cleansing, preprocessing, and transforming unstructured data, including text and images.
  • Implement generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or GPT variants in production settings.
  • Work collaboratively within a structured engineering environment to achieve specified technical standards and quality metrics.
