  • We’re building an AI‑first suite of edtech products—spanning teaching, learning, assessment, practice, and partner management—that helps hundreds of thousands of students upskill in latest technologies.
  • Product Manager at NxtWave, you’ll turn strategy into Roadmap Milestones and ship high‑quality experiences across web and mobile that improve learning outcomes and business results.

Responsibilities

  • Size opportunities with data; Ship features that leverage LLMs/agents, retrieval, and automation; Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver in short cycles with strong rollout hygiene.
  • Maintain backlog clarity and sequencing across multiple initiatives in a pod.
  • Partner with Growth on activation, engagement, and SEO/content strategies where relevant.

  • post‑launch adoption (enablement, internal comms, training, instrumentation) to hit adoption
  • Ensure learner privacy, data safety, and ethical use of AI in features.
  • Collaborate with Curriculum/Content teams on content pipelines and standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership (0→1 and/or 1→n).
  • Fluency with product analytics (SQL/Sheets + Amplitude/Mixpanel or similar) and experimentation.
  • Hands‑on exposure to modern AI stacks (OpenAI/Agents, LangChain/LangGraph, vector DBs, RAG)
  • plus comfort with vibe‑coding tools (Lovable, Replit) and agentic orchestration platforms (e.g.,)
  • Experience in EdTech, learning science, gamification, or subscription growth.
  • Experience with platform integrations (payments, identity, CRM) is a plus.
  • Bias to action: ship small, learn fast, raise the bar each sprint.
  • Data opinions: make decisions from dashboards, experiments, and cohorts.
  • Ship safely: quality gates, observability, and rollback plans are non‑negotiable.
