Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and hiring technical talent for various IT roles and should be comfortable working in a US shift environment .

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical/IT roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases .
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements .
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients .
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and databases for future requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process .
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports .

Required Skills

  • Experience in IT / Technical recruitment .
  • Good understanding of various IT technologies and roles .
