Job Objective
The role is responsible for identifying, assessing, attracting, and retaining high-quality talent across multiple functions. The position focuses on fulfilling immediate hiring requirements while also building a strong long-term talent pipeline aligned with organizational growth.
Candidates with prior hiring experience in Steel Plants, Iron Manufacturing Units, or Power Plants will be highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Execute talent acquisition strategies to hire quality candidates within defined timelines
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring execution
- Conduct talent mapping, benchmarking, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline
B. Sourcing & Candidate Management
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMJobs, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes, conduct pre-interviews, and manage ATS updates
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Identify hiring challenges and implement solutions to improve recruitment efficiency
- Share regular MIS reports on hiring status and workforce updates
C. Onboarding & Induction
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and joining process for selected candidates
- Coordinate induction, documentation, and departmental integration
- Maintain personnel records and ensure documentation compliance
Role Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (Preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Mandatory 5 years of experience in Steel / Iron / Power Plant hiring
- Exposure to manufacturing or heavy industry recruitment is essential

- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMJobs, ATS tools
- Strong stakeholder management and end‑to‑end hiring experience

Compensation
