Responsibilities

  • Own the full‑cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer onboarding for roles across departments.
  • Headhunt and engage top‑tier talent, leveraging advanced search techniques, market mapping, and networking strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure timely acquisition of best‑fit talent through efficient sourcing mix.
  • Act as a recruitment advisor to stakeholders about talent market apart from the BAU (screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess suitability, and make recommendations for hire).
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and relationships with potential candidates.
  • Track hiring metrics including time‑to‑hire, time‑to‑fill, source of hire, quality of hire, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / Post Graduate qualification with specialization in Human Resources.
  • 8+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced recruitment role, ideally with agency and in‑house experience.
  • A strong track record of recruiting and sourcing candidates at all levels across different functions within sharp timeliness.
  • Work experience in Fashion Ecommerce industry in GCC.
  • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple roles simultaneously.
