- Partner with stakeholders to align hiring with business needs.

- Manage vendors, employer branding, and improve hiring processes using AI tools.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and high-volume hiring.
- Skilled in sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri) and hiring niche roles.
- Data-driven with strong analytics and MIS reporting skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and vendor management.
- Manufacturing Experience is Mandatory.
- 8–12 years of experience.
