Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various verticals like Real Estate / Volume Hiring / Leadership Hiring / Construction Hiring at CASAGRAND. The role demands strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing capability, and expertise in hiring for real estate and corporate functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
    • Understand manpower planning and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
    • Handle mid to senior-level hiring across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Projects, Corporate & Support functions.
  • 2. Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate closely with business heads and department managers.
    • Conduct requirement intake meetings and define hiring timelines.
    • Provide regular hiring dashboards and status updates to leadership.
  • 3. Sourcing Strategy:
    • Develop innovative sourcing strategies through Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Employee referrals
    • Social media hiring
    • Vendor/consultant management
    • Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
  • 4. Screening & Evaluation
    • Conduct competency-based interviews.
    • Assess candidate fitment based on skill, culture, and business requirements.
    • Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
  • 5. Offer & Closure Management
    • Lead salary negotiations and offer discussions.
    • Ensure smooth offer rollout and follow-up for joining.
    • Maintain strong candidate engagement to reduce dropouts.
  • 6. Reporting & Compliance
    • Maintain recruitment MIS and analytics.
    • Track key metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
    • Ensure adherence to HR policies and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in Real Estate / Engineering Hiring/Volume Hiring/ Leadership Hiring (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.
  • Ability to manage bulk and lateral hiring simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in ATS and job portals.

Educational Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR/ Any PG / related field preferred.
